Processing Time

Since every item is made just for you, please allow 7–10 business days for us to prepare your order. We take time to get every detail right.

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available all over Pakistan.

Shipping Fee:

• 100% free shipping on all orders. No minimums, no hidden charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is custom-made, we’re unable to offer returns or size exchanges unless:

• You received a damaged or defective item
• You were sent the wrong size, color, or design

We want you to love what you wear, so if we mess up, we’ll fix it.

To start a return:

1. Email us at z.fitters1@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order
2. Share your order number and a few photos of the issue
3. We’ll review and get back to you within 24–48 hours

Refunds for Damaged Orders

If your return is approved, you’ll get a full refund through your preferred method—bank transfer, JazzCash, or other convenient options. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
